Terms and Conditions

Welcome to RankPill ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

RankPill provides an AI-powered blog post generator that allows users to generate content based on keyword inputs. Our services are offered as a monthly subscription through Stripe.

2. Subscription and Payment

RankPill operates on a recurring monthly subscription basis with a 3-day trial period for $1. After the 3-day trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard monthly rate unless canceled before the trial period expires. Payment is processed through Stripe, and users agree to Stripe's terms and policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the user before the renewal date. Credits for article generation and keyword requests do not roll over to the next month. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

3. Trial Period

We offer a 3-day trial period for $1 to allow you to evaluate RankPill before committing to the full subscription. During this trial period, you have full access to the service and can explore all features.

Important: You must cancel your subscription before the 3-day trial period ends if you do not wish to continue using RankPill. If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at the standard rate.

4. Refund Policy

All payments for RankPill subscriptions are non-refundable. This includes both the $1 trial fee and all subsequent monthly subscription payments. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Failure to cancel before the trial period ends or forgetting to cancel before the next billing
• Canceling immediately after your payment method was charged for the new billing period
• Purchasing the wrong plan, even by mistake or accident
• Unused or partially used credits or features
• Dissatisfaction with the service, generated content, or functionality
• Technical issues, service interruptions, or changes in your business needs
• Account suspension or termination due to violation of these Terms

By subscribing to RankPill, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the trial period ends or before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to be charged. We treat all customers equally and do not make exceptions to this policy.

We encourage you to fully utilize the 3-day trial period to determine if RankPill meets your needs before the subscription converts to the monthly plan. If you experience any technical issues with our service, please reach out to us at hello@rankpill.com and we will help resolve them for you as soon as possible.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider (issue a chargeback) instead of contacting us directly, we will:

• Immediately and permanently terminate your account and all access to RankPill
• Ban your email address, payment method, and associated information from creating future accounts
• Retain all rights to pursue legal action and recover costs associated with the fraudulent dispute
• Report the fraudulent activity to relevant authorities if necessary

Chargebacks are considered a violation of these terms and an act of fraud, especially given our clear no-refund policy. All payments are final and non-refundable as stated in Section 4. By subscribing, you agree to these terms and waive any right to dispute charges through your bank or payment provider.

If you have a legitimate billing concern or technical issue, you must contact us at hello@rankpill.com first. We are committed to resolving genuine issues directly with our customers.

6. Account Termination and System Abuse

We reserve the right to immediately and permanently terminate your account and access to RankPill if we identify that you have abused the system, violated these terms, or engaged in any fraudulent or harmful activities. Account termination is permanent and irreversible.

In cases where we determine that system abuse has occurred, we are not obligated to issue any refunds, regardless of the timing of your subscription or service usage. Examples of system abuse include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to manipulate or exploit the service beyond its intended use.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse trial periods or promotional offers.
• Using VPNs, temporary email addresses, or other methods to circumvent our systems or obtain multiple trials.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized access to your account.
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activities, chargebacks, or payment disputes made in bad faith.
• Any other activities that violate the spirit or letter of these terms.

Account termination decisions are made at our sole discretion. If you believe your account was terminated in error, you may contact us at hello@rankpill.com to appeal the decision.

7. Content Ownership and License

All articles and content generated through RankPill are owned by you, the subscriber. You have full rights to use, modify, publish, and commercialize any content created using our service, including reselling the generated articles.

However, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may occasionally include inaccuracies and should be reviewed before publication
• You are solely responsible for fact-checking and ensuring the accuracy of any content you publish
• RankPill is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of generated content
• Multiple users may receive similar content if they use similar prompts or keywords

8. Service Availability and Limitations

While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, RankPill is provided "as is" without any guarantees of uptime or availability.

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be available at all times or without interruption
• The service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected
• The results or content generated will meet your specific requirements
• Any stored data will be preserved indefinitely

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice. Service interruptions, whether planned or unplanned, do not qualify for refunds or credits.

9. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscribers during their current billing cycle. New prices will apply upon your next renewal after the change takes effect.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant price changes via email before they take effect. If you do not wish to pay the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

10. Account Cancellation and Data Retention

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles
• Your account data, including generated articles, will be retained for 30 days
• After 30 days, we reserve the right to permanently delete your account and all associated data

We recommend exporting any articles or data you wish to keep before canceling your subscription. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankPill and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or content
• Costs of obtaining substitute services
• Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to RankPill in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

12. Data Privacy and Security

We do not collect personal data other than email addresses. Payment details are processed securely through Stripe, and we do not store any sensitive payment information. Users can request data deletion by contacting us.

13. Communications and Email Consent

By creating an account and using RankPill, you agree to receive communications from us, including:

• Service-related emails: Essential communications about your account, subscription status, billing, technical issues, security updates, and important service announcements.
• Marketing emails: Product updates, new features, tips for using RankPill, newsletters, promotional offers, and other marketing communications.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email or by contacting us at hello@rankpill.com. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing emails, you will still receive essential service-related communications regarding your account and subscription.

14. Affiliate Agreement

If you participate in our affiliate program, you agree to the following additional terms:

No Self-Referrals or Controlled Purchases

Affiliates may not earn commissions on purchases made by themselves, on their own behalf, or by any individual or entity they control, including but not limited to purchases using the same name, email address, billing information, payment method, or account. Purchases made by affiliates on behalf of their clients are not eligible for commissions.

No Brand Bidding

Affiliates are not allowed to bid on the brand name "RankPill" or any close variant in any form or channel, including but not limited to search engines, social media platforms, and paid advertising networks. Violations of this policy may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to RankPill shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Lithuanian courts.

16. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
